<b>Slippery Way</b><br>
Dieser Name steht für dynamischen Hardrock mit Kontinuität. Wer Slippery Way schon einmal „live“ gesehen hat, weiss um die Spielfreude und Energie, welche die Band aus Zürich seit jeher ausstrahlt. Slippery Way besteht seit Ihrer Gründung 2003 aus dem Gitarristen und Lead-Sänger Michael Wespi, dem Schlagzeuger Toby Peyer, sowie dem Bassisten Matz Stettler. Die ersten Schritte machte man an diversen Band Contests. Schon nach kurzer Zeit hatte die Band einen harten Kern an Fans. Im Eiltempo wurde eine erste Demo-CD aufgenommen. 2006 veröffentlichte die Band ihre erste Studio- EP „Fire“. Mit dem Silberling öffneten sich neue Türen für Slippery Way und auch die Konzert- Locations wurden grösser. Die Band spielte u.a. am Ice Rock Festival (Wasen I.E. / BE), im Abart (Zürich), Dynamo Werk 21 (Zürich), der Stadthalle Bülach und dem legendären Alpenrock House (Zürich Flughafen). Das internationale Elements Of Rock-Festival 2007 im Stadthofsaal Uster wurde zum bisher grössten Highlight der bisherigen Bandgeschichte. 2009 wurden zu Promo-Zwecken zwei neue Songs aufgenommen.
<br><br><b>The Music</b><br>
Der Sound von Slippery Way besteht aus traditionellem Hardrock, gespickt mit modernen Elementen. Die Band ist ein eingespieltes Team und die Mitglieder verbindet auch privat eine tiefe und langjährige Freundschaft. Das Live-Repertoire umfasst momentan ca. 15 Songs (no Covers).
