Entweder kannst du hier past perfect oder present perfect verwenden, ich glaube beides geht hier.

das hört sich auch komisch an, das already auf jeden fall NACH dem have!
We are finding würde ich eher We find sagen, aber We are finding ist glaub ich richtig
